We are two brothers passionate about good seafood. Our eventual goal is to open premises and to procure, prepare and sell seafood in a unique way.

We love seafood, and believe that it needs to be celebrated more in the UK. Using the right combination of old and new techniques we will be able to demonstrate the versatility of fish and support a nose to tail ethos.
